Birthday Wish List

Cannot cycle outside, so do indoor cycling instead!
But honestly, I've done indoor cycling on these machines before and I will swear by it for the following benefits:
  1. trims down the tummy (desperately needed),
  2. works on the core muscles (ABSolutely),
  3. builds forearm strength,
  4. great for heart rate training
  5. perfect gift for a left armstrong endurance junkie like me!
