This 'friendly notice' can be found in a male toilet cubicle in a particular stat board. Thing is: there really is an open window behind the toilet seat which faces a public park, and if park-goers bother to look, they can actually see some 'flashing'! I'm sure this little attention on this matter would NOT be appreciated by passers-by outside!
